Valseth Catering & Peloton Pizza – Our New Food Providers for the 2023/24 Season

From August 2023, we’ve partnered with the fantastic Valseth Catering and Peloton to bring you a variety of delicious food options. We primarily offer tapas menus, stews, pizza, and even hot dogs.

If you want to go all out, we also have a high-end option featuring a 7-course meal prepared by your very own chef and served by a private waiter.

Take a look at our sample menus below and place your order with us—we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that there’s usually a minimum order of 12 servings, but let us know, and we’ll see what we can do. The food is fresh, delicious, and delivered just before your event at the hall.

Orders must be placed at least three days in advance and are binding.

Menu Options

Stews/Hot Meals

We serve large shared pots with generous portions, premium ingredients, and delicious flavors.

  • Game stew with potatoes/rice

  • Boeuf Bourguignon with potatoes/rice

  • Chicken Fricassee with potatoes/rice

  • Bacalao with potatoes

  • Fish soup with bread and butter

  • Chili con carne with rice

  • Chili sin carne (vegetarian, without meat) with rice

Price: NOK 365 per serving

Snacks & Tapas

A great choice for conferences, corporate events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

  • Sweet, salty, and tangy: Sharing platters with fruit, nuts, chocolate, Twist candies, crackers, and snacks.
    Price: NOK 265 per serving

  • Large Tapas Box: Bread, aioli, olives, roasted almonds, Manchego, spicy sausage, and other cured meats.
    Price: NOK 385 per serving
    (Tapas boxes can also be customized for vegetarians.)

PIZZA

All pizzas cost NOK 285 + NOK 225 for delivery.

We offer only the Misti option, which includes a mix of the pizzas below, pre-sliced for easy sharing.
Let us know if you need a gluten-free alternative.

Minimum order: 12 pizzas.

  • Salsiccia: Sautéed spinach, garlic, chili, potato, sausage, mozzarella, rosemary, fennel seeds
    (Vegetarian version without sausage but with mushrooms)

  • Salimar: Tomato sauce, spicy salami, gorgonzola, mozzarella, walnuts

  • Beets by Peloton (Vegetarian): Roasted beets, Tomino cheese from Piemonte, Røros sour cream, grilled artichokes, pepper, thyme

  • Margherita (Vegetarian): Tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella

  • Parma: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, Parma ham, arugula, Parmigiano

  • Salami: Fennel salami, Røros sour cream, mozzarella, Parmigiano, spinach

  • Burrata (Vegetarian): Tomato sauce, burrata, cherry tomatoes, pesto

  • Burrata with Parma ham

  • Capricciosa: Tomato sauce, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, mozzarella

  • Verdure (Vegetarian): Tomato sauce, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, cherry tomatoes, spinach, Parmigiano, mozzarella

Hot Dogs

Frankfurters from Annie’s in Ringebu, served with handmade Lisbet’s potato cakes from Flekkefjord,
relish, and crispy onions. These are large and meaty sausages, about 120 grams each.

We recommend 2–3 sausages per person, sold in packs of 10.

  • Price: NOK 75 per sausage, including potato cakes, relish, mustard, ketchup, and crispy onions.
    (Minimum order NOK 1,400.)



High-End Menu

If you want to go all out, this is the package for you. Rent the entire hall and our curling bar, complete with white tablecloths,
a private chef, and up to seven courses for an unforgettable evening.

Sample Menu:

  • Grilled langoustine with beurre blanc and tarragon

  • Lobster soup

  • Truffle pasta

  • Sole with cauliflower and sauce vierge

  • French wood pigeon with charred carrots, sautéed savoy cabbage, and spiced sauce

  • Cheese selection

  • Chocolate dessert

Price: NOK 1,849 per person

(We also offer 3- and 5-course menus and can tailor the dishes to your preferences.)

For this experience, groups must include 8–16 people, and the hall rental fee is additional.
While we don’t have a liquor license, we’re happy to recommend wines to complement your meal.

Beverages

We sell non-alcoholic drinks at our bar, including 5–6 types of soda,
sparkling water, and non-alcoholic beer. We also have light beer and radler (under 2.5%).
Prices start at NOK 35.

For private events, guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages.
However, if you’ve had too much to drink, you won’t be allowed on the ice!
